NetOnNet
A clearer path through e-commerce
For NetOnNet, I worked with UX and design in the development of a new e-commerce experience – focused on making a large product range easier to navigate and the path from product to purchase faster and clearer.
“What I appreciated most about Alexander was how quickly he got into the team and started delivering. He is unpretentious, straightforward and always keeps the end user in focus. Thanks to him, we raised both the quality and the pace of the project.”
NetOnNet's customer journey spans mobile, desktop and physical stores, while its extensive product range places high demands on structure and orientation. The website was also used at in-store stations, where visitors could search for a product and immediately see where to find it in the store. My work focused on simplifying the flows, creating a clearer visual hierarchy and making products easier to find, compare and choose.
I created the company's first responsive website while evolving the brand's visual expression for the web. The work resulted in consistent design patterns, generous touch targets and a restrained visual language that gave the content priority and created a cohesive experience across mobile, desktop and the physical store.
