As Head of UX, I was responsible for establishing and leading the company’s first UX department. I built and led a cross-functional team of designers and researchers, created processes that streamlined collaboration with developers and product owners, and defined the overall UX strategy. My focus was to ensure user-centered digital experiences that drove both product innovation and business goals.
